The ZIP
emails/: one PDF per email, named0001 2026-03-14 Subject.pdf, numbered oldest first, dates in your own time zone.emails/0001 2026-03-14 Subject/: that email's attachments, only when it had any, original files untouched.index.xlsxandindex.csv: one row per email with number, date, from, to, cc, subject, PDF file, attachment count and names, message id, source folder, size and any conversion notes.All emails - bundle.pdf(paid plans, when you choose Separate PDFs + one combined PDF): every email in one PDF, in date order, each followed by its PDF and picture attachments, with a clickable table of contents, bookmarks and page numbers through the whole bundle. Other attachments, such as Word files, are named on a note page and kept in their folder.README.txt: what is in the ZIP, the page size, the time zone, and anything that was left out (for example calendar items from an Outlook file).
The PDFs
Real text, searchable and copyable, not a screenshot. Each PDF shows the sender, recipients, the date exactly as sent, the attachment list, and the message with its inline pictures. Pictures hosted on the internet are fetched for the PDF through our image relay, which passes them straight to your browser and keeps nothing; a picture the sender's server no longer provides appears as a short placeholder. Text in scripts this version cannot draw appears as boxes but stays searchable; a note in the index says so.
Duplicates and oddities
An email that appears in two folders is exported twice and the second copy is marked in the index. Messages that cannot be read still get a file and a note, so nothing disappears silently.
